Does this cost me anything?

No, not at all. We use our licensed real estate agent and broker partners to acquire your rebate. All of the costs are already built into the sales transaction of the home. We're just connecting you with licensed agents who are agreeing to return some of those costs to you as a rebate.

I'm a seller of a house, how do I get a rebate?

When you use our licensed broker partner to list your home they will send you back some of the cash that is normally received by the buying and/or selling brokers in the transaction. You keep more cash.

Does this make my house cost more?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Your rebate comes from commissions that are usually received by the participating brokers and agents in a real estate transaction. We just partner with brokers who agree to send you part of their commission back to you as a rebate.

Can i use my rebate to cover closing costs?

The best answer we can give you here is "maybe". Your rebate will usually only be available to you after the transaction has closed and funds have been dispersed to all participating parties. The licensed broker handling your rebate will usually only be able to send your rebate after they have received their commission proceeds. However, in some cases where lenders, brokers and closing attorneys approve it is possible to use the proceeds at closing. Your licensed broker/agent that we pair you with will be able to answer this for you.

I've already been talking with a real estate agent/broker, can I still get a rebate?

Possibly. Many buyers and sellers speak with real estate agents during their search, but not all conversations create a binding agency relationship (meaning the agent is owed a commission for services rendered).

In most cases, exclusive buyer or seller agency relationships must be in writing to be enforceable. Simply touring a home, exchanging emails, or speaking with an agent does not always mean you are legally obligated to work with them.
