Users of HomeBandit.com are not clients of HomeBandit. Any real estate services are provided solely by the licensed broker or agent you choose to work with. No agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and HomeBandit.

PLATFORM ROLE & REFERRALS
HomeBandit operates as a connection and marketing platform. Participating professionals may pay a membership or marketing fee. Connections do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

SAVINGS OPPORTUNITIES
Savings opportunities vary by transaction, market conditions, and service provider. Savings are not guaranteed and are subject to applicable laws and successful closing.

USER ACCOUNTS
Users may create accounts and must provide accurate information. HomeBandit may suspend accounts for misuse.

INFORMATION SHARING
User information may be shared with participating licensed professionals. HomeBandit does not sell personal data.

COMMUNICATIONS
Users may receive emails and, where consent is provided, phone calls or SMS messages. Consent is not required to use the platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HomeBandit is not responsible for transaction outcomes or actions of professionals. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
