Terms & Conditions

By entering your information to create an account and checking the "Terms & Conditions checkbox", you are consenting to the following:

HomeBandit.com and its authorized agents may contact the listing agent of any property you express interest in and may negotiate a referral agreement with that agent. If you close on a property listed by such agent — or choose to work with that agent as your buyer’s agent — HomeBandit.com may receive a referral fee or commission at closing in accordance with the terms of the negotiated referral agreement.

Referral agreements may be blanket in nature, meaning HomeBandit.com may be compensated even if you close on a different property listed by or represented by the same agent.

If such a referral fee is earned, HomeBandit.com will offer you a rebate equal to 25% of the referral fee, not to exceed $2,500. This rebate will be disclosed on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure as a "Buyer’s Rebate", where permitted. If not disclosed on the settlement statement, the rebate will be mailed to the Buyer within 30 days of closing.

The rebate will only be issued to the individual whose name matches the registered HomeBandit.com account and who is listed as a Buyer on the final closing documents.

If the transaction closes outside the term of our referral agreement (typically 6–12 months from the date you first showed interest in the property), the rebate may expire unless the referred agent agrees to extend the referral agreement.
